I encourage you to go to each and copy what I have there to help you get your site up faster.  And for the love of all that is holy please edit them to fit your site, it will only take two minutes.

Also, if you need some content here is a website that provides Free PLR Articles,  I also encourage you to download the article pack and use them, there is over 40,000 articles there and you will very likely find enough content to post articles everyday for a week.
